In the rare case an item comes damaged or is missing, please contact us and we'd be happy to resolve your request. We need to verify any damage so please also send a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Damage to product packaging does not qualify for a replacement.
Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your shipment notification and allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement to ship once confirmed by us. Once it is processed, you will receive an email with new tracking information.
